All ready-made jewelry, such as earrings, chains and selected pieces, is shipped within 24 hours so you can receive your order as quickly as possible.
Our handmade jewelry pieces are lovingly made in our Cyprus studio and require 2–3 business days before shipping due to their handmade nature. For more details, see shipping information here.

Packaging & Gift Ready ✨
Your lovely jewelry will be carefully packaged by our team, and all your jewelry will come in our branded pouches that you can use to store your jewelry. Our pouches are great for storing your jewelry when travelling as well!
If you are planning to gift jewelry to a loved one, just let us know in the Checkout notes and we will include a luxurious gift bag as well.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
At Among Emeralds, we carefully create our jewelry using materials chosen to last and keep their beauty for as long as possible. To help your pieces stay lovely over time, we recommend giving them a little extra care ✨
- Keep your jewelry away from sea water, swimming pools and steam, as moisture and chemicals can affect its shine over time.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions, creams and hairspray.
- Store your jewelry in the pouch included with every order to help prevent tangling, scratching and discoloration.
- Remove your jewelry before exercising, showering or sleeping to help keep it looking its best.
Do you have a warranty?

As many of our pieces are handmade, we always want you to love your order and will do our best to find a suitable solution whenever possible ✨
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage and improper use are not covered.

Many of our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but giving them a little care will help them stay beautiful for longer. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, exercising or showering.
