RETURNS POLICY

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you never have to return an item, but if you do we will do our very best to satisfy your expectations.
If you would like to return your product and request refund, contact us by email at info@amongemeralds.com within 5 days of delivery. Please note, to accept returns your products must be in the original condition and packaging as you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings or ear cuffs.

Note: AMONG EMERALDS does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund which will take 2-3 business days.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
We apologize for your less than perfect experience.
